After the success of the last few years, Ray’s Summer Fitness Training returns from Monday 9th June.
Divided into 3 phases this year, the early sessions will focus on stamina building, before moving onto speed work and finally on court routines. Held at Churchill Athletics Track every Monday & Thursday from 7:30pm throughout the summer, all are welcome to join in, whatever your current fitness level. £3 per session.
Ray has also advised, that if possible, to bring along a yoga mat for the gruelling exercises and stretches afterwards.
